Someone very important to me once said, " you see blue, and the other person sees yellow."
There is no right or wrong in this situation. The color might be something different totally like "green". No one to blame. Where do all these blame and human emotions come from? Don't worry, I am not going to give you a lesson in science or how the human body works. I am just pointing out the deepest connection. You see a person, you get to know the person, you are thinking I like this person let me do something to make the person happy. Your intention might be just that. "To make the person happy", however, this person sees the same action as, "oh that's nice, this person is doing something for me just like that with no motive. she must really like me." There, that's the connection. This is precisely where the emotions come into the picture. Attachment is formed.
I see blue, they see yellow.
I did whatever I felt is right, they came to the conclusion what they felt was obvious.
SO when you want to let go of something, you have to be very clear, It can mean let go of the attachment or let go of the person.
If you let go of the person, it's fine, you will move on and the person will move on too, however the same thing will or might happen again.
So let go of the attachment instead. Am I right or what?
